RETURN POLICY

BLOSSOM STITCHES aims to get your order delivered to you in the best condition possible, and we sincerely hope you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you wish to return a purchase we offer a 7 day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered to you and a picture of the outfit to show that it’s damaged.

We also encourage you to check your order upon delivery, and if any items are incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by calling 3109800817 or by sending an email to sales@blossomstitches.com with your telephone and order number so that we can arrange for free return shipping.

The return shipping will be free if the return is due to damaged or faulty goods. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to pay for the cost of shipping the outfit back to BLOSSOM STITCHES, if the reason for return is based on clothing measurement then you will have to pay for the return and shipping back to you again. So please be sure to correctly measure yourself and match it with our own measurement which is displayed on all the outfits at the point of selection.

Returns should be addressed to 840 Colson Dr Arlington, TX 76002. Please return the item(s) in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging with the tag still in place along with proof of purchase (order number, delivery note and/or invoice). Once the items have been returned and verified, you will receive a refund as soon as possible.
Please note, any outfit that has been stained or torn will not be accepted or exchanged.
If you have paid for the purchase in cash, we will refund the full cost by transferring the entire amount to your account. If the item was paid for by credit card, the funds will be returned only directly to the card that was used for the purchase.
